Precision (Scissor) Cut Curtain Bangs Haircut Tutorial

Learn how to give your clients a precise curtain bang haircut they’ll never forget!

This is hands down the best way to get perfect curtain bangs every time. Even when the trends don’t scream curtain bangs, the principles are still the same and can be applied to any haircut.

I initially filmed this tutorial for YouTube during lockdown to help people cut their own, or their friends’, curtain bangs at home. Once I saw the analytics I realized it was probably too technical for the layperson and maybe a tad too precise. So I’m putting it here as part of the SKLPT’D Academy classes for all of you professional hairstylists.

Remember! There are so many ways of cut curtain bangs. Recently I’ve been using the razor a lot more for a more piece-y vibe. Do what works for you!
